Cedar Trace Apartments Rehab includes the acquisition and renovation of 71 affordable apartments in Evansville, Indiana.
Cotton Mill Apartments Rehab

In partnership with Lincoln Hills Development Corporation, Cotton Mill Apartments Rehab is the rehabilitation of 70 affordable apartments in the historic Cannelton Cotton Mill. The Cotton Mill was originally constructed in 1849 with Indiana Sandstone and is on the National Register of Historic Places. The renovation is an overdue update to the apartments created in 1999.

In partnership with Englewood Community Development Corporation and Wheeler Mission, Bridges Townhomes is the new construction of 43 townhomes on a vacant parcel of the Indianapolis Sherman Park Redevelopment. 11 of these homes are set aside for families struggling with homelessness.
