In partnership with Thrive Alliance, Haw Creek Meadows is the new construction of 65 affordable apartments in Columbus, Indiana. Haw Creek will feature wrap around services for residences, and a first floor Child Care and Retail space will serve the community.

Cedar Trace Apartments Rehab includes the acquisition and renovation of 71 affordable apartments in Evansville, Indiana.
Cotton Mill Apartments Rehab

In partnership with Lincoln Hills Development Corporation, Cotton Mill Apartments Rehab is the rehabilitation of 70 affordable apartments in the historic Cannelton Cotton Mill. The Cotton Mill was originally constructed in 1849 with Indiana Sandstone and is on the National Register of Historic Places. The renovation is an overdue update to the apartments created in 1999.
